Nigel Smith our founder identified an opportunity back in 2015 to create and supply the best quality artisan patisserie with the finest of ingredients, with no artificial ingredients, additives or preservatives to the hospitality and catering sector nationally.
We are passionate about our artisan patisserie and in creating traditional and contemporary patisserie full of natural flavour and texture, in our modern kitchen production facility based in Chorley, Lancashire.
As a company we have invested heavily in research and development of our patisserie, in our people and our bespoke packaging.
Our patisserie offering includes afternoon tea cakes, parlour cakes, desserts, gateaux’s, scones and a bespoke patisserie service too.
Where practical we endeavor to use locally sourced supplies from seasonal ingredients to organic and free-range eggs, milk, and cream.
Our patisserie is supplied nationally as either chilled or frozen, always adhering to food safety, and health & safety regulations in our own temperature controlled vehicles.
We are accredited and approved by SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) the food safety management accreditation. We also welcome independent audits for both individuals, group, and corporate accounts.
We have many years of combined experience in all aspects of food service, customer service and supply into the hospitality and catering arena nationally. We have a dedicated team on hand to help you through the journey of consultation, product development, samples, ordering, production to delivery.
